If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or engage MantuaHub services. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over acting for themselves or on behalf of an organization. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse any form, booking, or payment functionality.

MantuaHub provides science-backed wellness education and facilitation, including:

• Keynotes & Workshops — the Keynote Experience and the Organizational Workshop
• Workplace Wellness — the Monthly Workplace Wellness Partnership
• Community Wellness — the Standard Community Wellness Experience
• Strategy Calls to scope, plan, and confirm an engagement

Listed prices are starting points. Final scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.

MantuaHub provides education, wellness education, organizational wellness support, facilitation, strategy, and general wellbeing information. MantuaHub does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, tax advice, guaranteed health results, or guaranteed organizational results.

Nothing on this website or in any MantuaHub engagement creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, emergency-response, legal, or fiduciary relationship. Always consult a qualified licensed professional about your individual circumstances, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. Please also review our Wellness Education Disclaimer.

Reserving a service begins the process. A booking is not final until MantuaHub confirms scope and date in writing, typically after the client intake is reviewed and a Strategy Call has taken place.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate organizational information, timely responses, appropriate venue or virtual platform access, audiovisual requirements, accessibility requirements, and participant coordination.

Standard Virtual and DMV/local engagements may be purchased through Stripe Payment Links. Payment is generally required before a standard private-sector engagement is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe; MantuaHub does not store full payment card details.

Custom engagements, government work, purchase orders, invoicing arrangements, travel engagements, or separately negotiated work may follow different written payment terms.

Paid fees are generally non-refundable unless MantuaHub approves otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

The Monthly Workplace Wellness Partnership is a recurring monthly service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it continues month to month until cancelled.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Billing periods already paid are generally not refunded, and services for the current paid period may continue through the end of that period.

Dates submitted through Client Intake are requested or preferred dates only. An engagement date is not final until MantuaHub confirms it in writing.

Rescheduling requests are accommodated where reasonably possible. Specific rescheduling and cancellation terms, including any non-refundable amounts, are set out in the written agreement for your engagement.

In-person engagements outside MantuaHub’s local DMV service area may require separately approved travel expenses, such as airfare or rail, lodging, local transportation, mileage and parking, and other reasonable travel-related expenses. These are confirmed separately in writing before the engagement.

Proposals, scopes of work, purchase orders, government contracts, master services agreements, or other written agreements may contain additional or different terms. Where applicable, those written agreements control over these Terms.

Session content, slides, frameworks, written materials, recordings, and website content remain the property of MantuaHub. Recording, reproducing, or redistributing materials requires prior written permission. Where materials are provided to participants, they are for internal, non-commercial use by the client organization unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Testimonials, quotes, and examples shown on this website are illustrative. Individual and organizational experiences vary. MantuaHub does not guarantee any specific health, emotional, financial, leadership, workplace, organizational, or performance outcome.

Testimonials are published only where the person who submitted them gave permission, and identifying details such as name, title, organization, or photo are shown only where that specific permission was given.

This website links to and embeds third-party platforms, including Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, YouTube for video, and social media platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MantuaHub is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

This website and MantuaHub services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MantuaHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MantuaHub and its founder, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or participation in any engagement. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid to MantuaHub for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Participation in wellness education, movement demonstrations, or lifestyle practices is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you, and for consulting a qualified professional before acting on general wellness information. You assume the risk of participation to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MantuaHub from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

MantuaHub may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith. Where a written client agreement specifies a different governing law or dispute process, that agreement controls.
