This policy applies to the MantuaHub website and to information submitted through its contact, client intake, and feedback forms. It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms that we link to or embed.

Contact form: name, work email, phone, organization, role or title, organization type, service interest, delivery preference, audience or team size, preferred timing, goals or challenges, and any additional message you provide.

Client intake: organization, main contact, email, phone, service, audience size, delivery information, goals, topic interests, preferred dates, event location, accessibility requirements, audiovisual requirements, special considerations, and any additional message.

Feedback: overall satisfaction, what was valuable, what could improve, your recommendation response, an optional testimonial, name, title, and organization where supplied, and your publication and photo permissions.

We do not require sensitive personal or medical information, and we ask that you do not submit clinical details through these forms.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, scope and schedule engagements, deliver and improve services, manage client relationships and follow-ups, and — where you have given permission — publish a testimonial.

Feedback is used internally to improve MantuaHub programs. A testimonial is published publicly only where you gave permission to publish it.

Permissions are honored field by field. Your name, title, organization, or photo are shown publicly only where you specifically permitted that item. Private feedback, improvement comments, email addresses, and phone numbers are never published.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Payment Links. Stripe collects and processes payment information directly under its own terms and privacy policy. MantuaHub does not store full payment card details.

MantuaHub stores operational records through this website’s backend database, including leads, customers, client intakes, events, feedback, site settings, and internal activity records. Access is restricted to authorized MantuaHub administration.

Third-party services actually used by this website include:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Calendly — Strategy Call scheduling
• YouTube — embedded campaign video
• Linked social media platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

Each of these platforms handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

MantuaHub does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers listed above where needed to operate the website and deliver services, or where required by law.

Information is retained for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including relationship management, recordkeeping, and legal or tax obligations, and is then deleted or archived.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database with access controls that restrict administrative records to authorized MantuaHub administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw permission for a published testimonial. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so it can be removed.

MantuaHub operates in the United States. If you access this website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States under United States law.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version.
